What is Family Fitness?
Family Fitness is about increasing your physical activity levels with the support and motivation of your family. We help provide you with the skills to ensure your family has fun and get fitter together. Exercising as a family helps you all stay happy, healthy, and active. It boasts a whole host of benefits such as better general health, a stronger body, and higher levels of self-esteem. Plus, regular family activities and introducing fitness at an early age can help your kids form healthy habits for life.
Our circuit sessions are delivered with adults participating in the intensive ‘circuit’ session. Children take part in a separate session, which is designed to improve their core movement and strength. i.e. jumping, running, throwing, balancing etc. All families are welcome with children aged 3+.
